NOTICE:
As each anniversary of this tragic event approaches, I sit and
reflect upon those events and what has transpired since - none of my
feelings have diminished, and our (America's), resolve to find and bring
to justice the sadistic bastards that perpetrated the heinous acts is
just as strong as ever, if not more so, now that they scurry away and
hide in dark places like the vermin they are!
A million or more words have been said about the 911 attack and many
more will be said for each anniversary of the attack on America. I
will not even try with words to say what I feel as I am not able to adequately
convey those feelings. Others must say it for me, some of my
feelings you will find here.

In
light of today's events (11 Sept. 2001), the terrorist attacks on America,
I personally condemn the
cowards that perpetrated these acts! My first thought was to take the
web site down and just put up a condolences page in its place. No, that
would be a side effect that the cowards would love. I will not give into
anything that they want beyond this page. Even this attention is
desired, well you got it, you sons of a syphilitic camel! You will
get yours, and I would love to be the one to pull the trigger!
Someone that has a 'problem' with another and does not have the balls to
come face to face and air their differences and attempt to come to a
reasonable solution (in a case like this), should not be considered a
human being (they gave up that
right!) and should be hunted down like a
rabid animal and dispatched on the spot!
I call upon all Americans, to proudly fly the American Flag during
daylight hours (weather permitting) for the next 30 days as a sign that
we will not cower to the dog perpetrators and to show that we Stand
United - against all our enemies, foreign and domestic!
My command (or lack thereof) of the English language does not allow me
to properly convey how deeply I feel about this loss of life and those
injured, physically and mentally!
Suffice it to say, My deepest sympathies go out to all those family
members and friends adversely affected by today's tragic events.
May God have mercy on the victims of today's tragedy, and may his
retribution on the perpetrators be swift, severe and
final! Amen. |

- Additional thoughts; Whoever perpetrated these heinous acts is less
than a human being and should be treated as such. The acts alone should
be their trial, when caught, retribution should be immediate! To
paraphrase the Bible; "Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord", but does it say anywhere where we can not HELP Him!?
At the risk of offending some (tuff!!), who do not believe in the death
penalty, especially in a case like this, I think you need to pull your head out of where the sun does
not shine and take a look at the real world. These perpetrators are NOT
human, they obviously are not sentient beings and only inhabit this
Earth by occupying a human like shell (a facade), they are less than human and as such,
proven by their heinous acts, these vermin need to be eliminated whenever and wherever they
are found.
In these "enlightened times", these acts should just not
happen, but they do and as such, these acts and any like them need to be
dealt with swiftly and severely. |

| I
call upon every American and those others that live here that are proud
to be here, to fly the American Flag for a minimum of 31 days
from 09-11-01. Please fly the flag only during good weather and
bring it inside at dusk. Should you wish to display a yellow ribbon or
other device in honor of those lost, please do so, but do not put it on
the flag or its pole, please display it elsewhere. |

| A
couple of quotes from WW-II seem appropriate here and now, the first
from Japanese Admiral Yamamoto (and
these may not be exact quotes);
 | "I fear that all we have done is
to awaken a sleeping giant" - You bet your ass on that one! I
just hope the bastards realize this as the Admiral did!
|
And now another, from then President Roosevelt;
 | "A date which will live in
infamy" - They will get theirs! |

An
Article
By
Leonard Pitts of the Miami Herald
It's my job to have something to say.
They pay me to provide words that help make sense of that which troubles
the American soul. But in this moment of airless shock when hot tears
sting disbelieving eyes, the only thing I can find to say, the only
words that seem to fit, must be addressed to the unknown author of this
suffering.
You monster. You beast. You unspeakable
bastard.
What lesson did you hope to teach us by
your coward's attack on our World Trade Center, our Pentagon, us? What
was it you hoped we would learn? Whatever it was, please know that you
failed.
Did you want us to respect your cause?
You just damned your cause.
Did you want to make us fear? You just
steeled our resolve.
Did you want to tear us apart? You just
brought us together.
Let me tell you about my people. We are a
vast and quarrelsome family, a family rent by racial, social, political
and class division, but a family nonetheless. We're frivolous, yes,
capable of expending tremendous emotional energy on pop cultural
minutiae -- a singer's revealing dress, a ball team's misfortune, a
cartoon mouse. We're wealthy, too, spoiled by the ready availability of
trinkets and material goods, and maybe because of that, we walk through
life with a certain sense of blithe entitlement. We are fundamentally
decent, though -- peace-loving and compassionate. We struggle to know
the right thing and to do it. And we are, the overwhelming majority of
us, people of faith, believers in a just and loving God.
Some people -- you, perhaps -- think that
any or all of this makes us weak. You're mistaken. We are not weak.
Indeed, we are strong in ways that cannot be measured by arsenals.
IN PAIN
Yes, we're in pain now. We are in
mourning and we are in shock. We're still grappling with the unreality
of the awful thing you did, still working to make ourselves understand
that this isn't a special effect from some Hollywood blockbuster, isn't
the plot development from a Tom Clancy novel. Both in terms of the awful
scope of their ambition and the probable final death toll, your attacks
are likely to go down as the worst acts of terrorism in the history of
the United States and, probably, the history of the world. You've
bloodied us as we have never been bloodied before.
But there's a gulf of difference between
making us bloody and making us fall. This is the lesson Japan was taught
to its bitter sorrow the last time anyone hit us this hard, the last
time anyone brought us such abrupt and monumental pain. When roused, we
are righteous in our outrage, terrible in our force. When provoked by
this level of barbarism, we will bear any suffering, pay any cost, go to
any length, in the pursuit of justice.
I tell you this without fear of
contradiction. I know my people, as you, I think, do not. What I know
reassures me. It also causes me to tremble with dread of the future. In
the days to come, there will be recrimination and accusation, fingers
pointing to determine whose failure allowed this to happen and what can
be done to prevent it from happening again. There will be heightened
security, misguided talk of revoking basic freedoms. We'll go forward
from this moment sobered, chastened, sad. But determined, too.
Unimaginably determined.
THE STEEL IN US
You see, the steel in us is not always
readily apparent. That aspect of our character is seldom understood by
people who don't know us well. On this day, the family's bickering is
put on hold.
As Americans we will weep, as Americans
we will mourn, and as Americans, we will rise in defense of all that we
cherish.
So I ask again: What was it you hoped to
teach us? It occurs to me that maybe you just wanted us to know the
depths of your hatred. If that's the case, consider the message
received. And take this message in exchange: You don't know my people.
You don't know what we're capable of. You don't know what you just
started.
But
you're about to learn.

Go America!!
Thanks to Sheridan Warner for
the submission! |

I
am proud to say that yesterday (11 Sept. 01), I was the first one on my block to fly
"The Stars and Stripes" - others have picked up on it and are
now proudly flying the flag as well. Hopefully more will do so every day
henceforth.
Click on the
Hummer for a larger view (1024x768 picture).
My flag is in the foreground (right most). It will be there every day from now
on!
Now up 24/7 on a 25 foot flagpole and properly lit from dusk to dawn!
Show your colors!
May God Bless America!
"Cavalry Country" Hummer in the driveway!
Only 2 of us on my block now fly the flag daily, sad!
This picture was taken
on Flag Day - 14 June, 2002.
I should have had my "A" Troop Guide on out!

An open
letter to a terrorist:
Well, you hit the World Trade Center, but
you missed America. You hit the Pentagon, but you missed America. You
used helpless American bodies, to Take out other American bodies, but
like a poor marksman, you STILL missed America.
Why? Because of something you guys will
never understand. America isn't about a building or two, not about
financial centers, not about military centers, America isn't about a
place, America isn't even about a bunch of bodies. America is about an
IDEA. An idea, that you can go someplace where you can earn as much as
you can figure out how to, live for the most part, like you envisioned
living, and pursue Happiness. (No guarantees that you'll reach it, but
you can sure try!)
Go ahead and whine your terrorist whine,
and chant your terrorist litany: "If you can not see my point, then
feel my pain." This concept is alien to Americans. We live in a
country where we don't have to see your point. But you're free to have
one. We don't have to listen to your speech. But you're free to say one.
Don't know where you got the strange idea that everyone has to agree
with you. We don't agree with each other in this country, almost as a
matter of pride. We're a collection of guys that don't agree, called
States. We united our individual states to protect ourselves from
tyranny In the world. Another idea, we made up on the spot. You CAN make
it up as you go, when it's your country. If you're free enough.
Yeah, we're fat, sloppy, easy-going goofs
most of the time. That's an unfortunate image to project to the world,
but it comes of feeling free and easy about the world you live in. It's
unfortunate too, because people start to forget that when you attack
Americans, they tend to fight like a cornered badger. The first we knew
of the War of 1812, was when England burned Washington D.C. to the
ground. Didn't turn out like England thought it was going to, and it's
not going to turn out like you think, either. Sorry, but you're not the
first bully on our shores, just the most recent.
No Marquis of Queensbury rules for
Americans, either. We were the FIRST And so far, only country in the
world to use nuclear weapons in anger. Horrific idea, nowadays? News for
you bucko, it was back then too, but we used it anyway. Only had two of
them in the whole world and we used `em both. Grandpa Jones worked on
the Manhattan Project. Told me once, that right up until they threw the
switch, the physicists were still arguing over whether the Uranium alone
would fission, or whether it would start a fissioning chain reaction
that would eat everything. But they threw the switch anyway, because we
had a War to win. Does that tell you something about American Resolve?
So who just declared War on us? It would
be nice to point to some real estate, like the good old days.
Unfortunately, we're probably at war with random camps, in far-flung
places. Who think they're safe. Just like the Barbary Pirates did, IIRC.
Better start sleeping with one eye open.
There's a spirit that tends to take over
people who come to this country, looking for opportunity, looking for
liberty, looking for freedom. Even if they misuse it. The Marielistas
that Castro emptied out of his prisons, were overjoyed to find out how
much freedom there was. First thing they did when they hit our shores,
was run out and buy guns. The ones that didn't end up dead, ended up in
prisons. It was a big PITA then (especially in south Florida), but
you're only the newest PITA, not the first.
You guys seem to be incapable of
understanding that we don't live in America, America lives in US!
American Spirit is what it's called. And killing a few thousand of us,
or a few million of us, won't change it. Most of the time, it's a pretty
happy-go-lucky kind of Spirit. Until we're crossed in a cowardly manner,
then it becomes an entirely different kind of Spirit.
Wait until you see what we do with that
Spirit, this time.
Sleep tight, if you can. We're coming.

| I am at
home tonight still stunned and saddened, with a great deal of pain in my
heart for all those families in New York, Washington DC, and from other
countries who lost someone in the attack on the World Trade Center and
the Pentagon. As well as those brave crew members and passengers who
brought down the plane in Pennsylvania in order to avoid further
carnage. I feel compelled to share my thoughts with all of you. Like
many, I have not functioned well the last three days, but each day I
grow stronger as I know that all Americans will, for America's back
cannot be broken. They are strong and resolute in their beliefs and
faith. The horrific attack that was perpetrated against our beloved
neighbor to the south is an act that was directed against our very way
of life and everything that we believe in, by people who are filled with
such hatred and disregard for their fellow men and women that they care
only about the righteousness of their own beliefs.
I had the great honor
of serving under the American flag with the 1st Reconnaissance Squadron
of the 9th Cavalry along the DMZ in Korea, and we believed in the United
States and the freedom that we enjoyed, because so many had gone before
us to make this way of life possible. I remember the pride that I felt
on the parade ground when the national anthem was played, with the Stars
and Stripes fluttering in the wind. What faith I had, that because
America was strong so was I. This has not changed, America is still
strong.
This marvelous
neighbor who has never failed to help anyone in the world when they were
in need no matter the cost, and whom many countries in the past have
often failed to help in return. The American people, for indeed it was
their hard earned money that accomplished this, have poured billions and
billions into other countries around the world, even countries that were
perceived to be their enemy at times. America has often not been paid
back, not even the interest on what was owed them. They have again and
again forgiven huge debts in the name of humanity. This country that
helped us maintain our freedom and way of life in Europe. They defended
our borders and our way of life in spite of constant criticism, and have
given up their sons and daughters so that we might have these freedoms,
and have never given up on the basic goodness of men and women. America
has been everywhere to facilitate the reconciliation of countries in
conflict and defended other countries in their search for a democratic
way of life.
I have absolute faith
that the leaders of the Unites States of America will ensure that sanity
prevails through the next weeks and months to come and will not act
unjustly for the sake of revenge, no matter how strong the desire might
be or the anger they must feel. This is indeed a mighty country, and one
which I love dearly, which I believe will apply due diligence to pursue
those individuals responsible, and those countries that have harbored
these malicious and vengeful scourge of the earth.
I am today very proud
of my adopted country Canada and the people therein, for their
willingness to stand by America and for the help that they are giving
Americans everywhere, and to those magnificent people in New York where
I once lived. This is indeed a magical city with resilient people. I am
also very proud of all the countries that have come forward to give
unstinting support to the United States and to the 19 member countries
of NATO who have invoked Article 5 for the first time in 52 years in
order to support the United States.
To those Americans
within our Company, and all Americans everywhere, know that we love you
and thank you for all that you have done for us and the rest of the
world.
God Bless America, God
Bless Canadians, and God Bless all of you.
".......Because
he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken" Acts 2:25.
